Paul & Kandi have become some of our dearest friends over the past 6 years. I remember having dinner with them for Justin & my 4 year anniversary--- Paul & Kandi were newlyweds at the time and they mentioned that 4 years of marriage seemed so long and so far away for them. Now we are celebrating 10 years and 6 years this summer. They are packing this week to move to Kansas. Kansas has never seemed so far away to me as it does now. I'll miss the closeness I have cherished with Kandi, but Facebook, text, and Skype make long distance friendships so much easier than they used to be. Still... I tear up when I think about it.
